Ask three venue directories about the Buena Vista Jaipur wedding cost and you get three different answers. One lists a vegetarian plate from ₹4,500. Another shows ₹3,000 for a 300-guest menu. A third guide quotes ₹3,500. The room count is 52 on one site, 77 on another and 112 on a third. Capacity runs from 120 to 1,000. If you are trying to budget a real wedding, that is not a useful starting point.
So we did the unglamorous work. We read the resort's public listings on WedMeGood, WeddingWire and Meragi, compared every figure, marked where they disagree, and built three full budgets for 100, 250 and 500 guests from those inputs. Buena Vista also appears among the venue partners we work with, and our Jaipur destination wedding cost guide shows where a resort like this sits against palaces and hotels. If you want the whole event handled, our destination wedding planners in Jaipur can take it from here.
Public listings put the Buena Vista veg plate between about ₹3,000 and ₹4,500 before tax, and villa rooms between about ₹12,000 and ₹25,000 a night. On those inputs a two-day wedding comes to about ₹42.2 – 80.9 L for 100 guests, ₹86.7 L – 1.61 Cr for 250 guests and ₹1.55 Cr – 2.85 Cr for 500 guests, including an 18% GST illustration. These are planning estimates, not a quote. Section 6 shows every line.
Buena Vista Luxury Garden Spa Resort sits in the Aravalli foothills on the Kukas–Delhi Road near Kunda, Amer, a stretch that has quietly become one of Jaipur's busiest resort belts for weddings. The appeal is simple. Instead of a city hotel's single ballroom, you get a campus: several lawns, indoor halls, a pool deck, villas with private gardens or pools, and room to run mehendi, haldi, sangeet, pheras and reception in separate settings without leaving the property.
One published real wedding there, on WeddingSutra, used a poolside mehendi lunch, a poolside haldi under white canopies, pheras in the resort's amphitheatre, and a cocktail night with an entrance tunnel, stage and bar. The couple chose it partly because they could book the property privately and because it was an easy drive from Delhi-Gurgaon. That mix of privacy, variety and highway access is the venue's real pitch.
WeddingWire gives the address as Kukas–Delhi Road, Village Pili Ki Talai, near Kunda, Amer, Jaipur 302028. WedMeGood lists it under Kunda, Amer. That puts it on the northern edge of the city, on the highway that Delhi families arrive by.
Distances are one more place where the listings disagree, so do not rely on a single number:
| Distance | What listings say | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| From Jaipur Junction railway station | About 15 km on WeddingWire; about 40 on Meragi | The gap is large. Ask the resort for the actual drive time at wedding-hour traffic |
| From Jaipur International Airport | About 50 on Meragi (units unstated, likely km) | Plan 60 to 90 minutes for airport transfers; check flights on the Airports Authority of India site |
| From Delhi | Roughly five hours by road on the Delhi–Jaipur route | Good for NCR families who would rather drive than fly |
| Parking | Parking for about 100 vehicles and valet listed | Confirm cars for the baraat and for vendors |
The practical takeaway: transport is a real budget line here. A resort 40 to 50 minutes from the station and airport needs a shuttle plan, not a taxi free-for-all. We cover the cost of coaches, cars and shuttles in section 7, and our NRI wedding planning team uses the same system for international guests.
This is where Buena Vista separates itself from a hotel venue. WedMeGood lists five distinct spaces with seating and floating capacity for each, which is unusually helpful. Here they are, with what each space is best used for:
| Space | Type | Seated | Floating | Best used for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Concorde Banquet Hall | Indoor | 120 | 150 | Pandit room, family dinner, small reception, bad-weather backup for a small function |
| Imperial Hall | Indoor | 400 | 600 | Main reception, seated dinner, rain plan for a mid-sized wedding |
| Pool Lawn | Outdoor, poolside | 150 | 250 | Mehendi lunch, haldi, cocktail, pool party |
| Zen Lawn | Outdoor | 350 | 500 | Sangeet, pheras for a mid-sized wedding, evening dinner |
| Serenade Lawn | Outdoor | 600 | 1,000 | Grand wedding, large reception, baraat welcome |
Our rule of thumb: for a seated dinner indoors, plan up to about 400 in Imperial Hall; for an outdoor wedding of 350 to 600, use Zen or Serenade Lawn with Imperial Hall held as your rain plan. Beyond that, you are paying for crowding rather than celebration. Our Jaipur wedding venue directory lists larger options if your list tops 600.
Per-plate pricing is the single biggest swing factor in the Buena Vista Jaipur wedding cost, and also the least consistent in public sources:
| Source | Per-plate figure | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| WedMeGood listing | Veg from ₹4,500, taxes extra | Non-veg price not shown on that page |
| WeddingWire listing | 'From' price ₹4,500; veg and non-veg menus for 300 guests listed at ₹3,000 and above | Reviews on that page date from 2020 and 2023 |
| Meragi listing | Pricing on request | Rates hidden behind enquiry |
| A planner's published guide | ₹3,000–3,500 in the body; a 2026 table shows ₹3,000–6,000 | Shows how wide the real range is |
The honest reading: ₹3,000 is what a larger, simpler menu looks like; ₹4,500 and above is what a premium multi-counter dinner looks like. In our model we use ₹3,000 to ₹4,500 as the blended plate across three main meals. Lunches and hi-tea cost less than dinner, so a family that plans two light daytime meals will land near the lower end.
WeddingWire lists North Indian and Mughlai, continental, Chinese and Thai, South Indian, live counters, chaat and street food, seafood, non-alcoholic drinks, and garlic- or onion-free options. If you need help shaping a multi-region menu for a mixed family, our catering services page explains how we structure tasting sessions two to three months out.
Accommodation is the second half of the bill and the other place where listings diverge: 52 (one planner's guide), 77 (Meragi) and 112 (WedMeGood). Photo captions on WeddingWire reference Luxury Villas, Royal Villas (some with private pools or Jacuzzis), a Heritage Villa and an Aurora Pool House. The mismatch probably reflects different categories being counted: rooms, villas and tents. Do not assume. Ask the resort for the exact number it can block for your dates.
Room rates on one published guide run from about ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per night, higher in peak season. Meragi notes that rates are based on double occupancy and include an estimate of an all-meal plan, and its listing shows 154 guests without an extra bed and 190 with one.
WedMeGood lists a destination package of ₹53.2 lakh per day for 112 rooms, which includes rooms, three meals and the venue, at double occupancy with a full buyout. That works out to roughly ₹47,500 per room per day (our arithmetic, not a figure the resort states).
Is that good value? We priced the same stay a la carte: 112 rooms at ₹12,000–25,000, plus 224 guests × 3 meals at ₹3,000–4,500, plus ₹3–6 lakh for venue use. That comes to ₹36.6 – 64.2 L per day. The package sits inside that range, so whether it helps depends on how much of the property you use and how many days you take. For a full buyout with high occupancy, packages tend to be worth asking about; for a smaller family block, a la carte with negotiated inclusions is usually kinder.
Everything below is a planning estimate built from public rates and the cost ranges in our Jaipur wedding budget guide. It exists to help you ask better questions, not to replace the resort's written quote. All three assume 2 room nights, 3 major meals per guest over two days, and a GST illustration at 18% on rent, catering and rooms. Check the actual applicable slabs on the GST portal or with your accountant.

Pool Lawn and Zen Lawn for daytime functions and sangeet, Serenade Lawn or Imperial Hall for the ceremony and reception. Not every guest stays on property, so some stay at nearby hotels, which is folded into the miscellaneous line.

Full-property use with Serenade Lawn as the main stage and Imperial Hall as the rain plan. A large share of guests day-visit or stay off-site, which is why transport and overflow sit higher.
| Cost line | Estimated range | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Venue rental (lawn and hall slots, 2 days) | ₹5 – 10 L | Often adjusted against a food minimum |
| Catering (500 guests × 3 meals) | ₹45 – 67.5 L | ₹3,000–4,500 average plate |

| ESTIMATED ALL-IN TOTAL | ₹1.55 Cr – 2.85 Cr | About ₹31k – 57k per guest |
| Scenario | All-in estimate | Per guest | Main spaces |
|---|---|---|---|
| A: 100 guests | ₹42.2 – 80.9 L | ₹42k – 81k | Pool, Zen / Concorde |
| B: 250 guests | ₹86.7 L – 1.61 Cr | ₹35k – 64k | Zen, Serenade, Imperial |
| C: 500 guests | ₹1.55 Cr – 2.85 Cr | ₹31k – 57k | Serenade, Imperial |
Two patterns stand out. First, catering and rooms scale with every guest while décor, photography and entertainment behave like fixed costs, so the per-guest figure drops as the list grows. Second, our totals sit above some published guides, which quote about ₹35–60 lakh for 100–300 guests. The gap is mostly scope: we include two nights of rooms, three full meals, GST, décor, entertainment and a contingency, not just a lawn slot and a plate. When you compare quotes, always compare scope first. Our guest-count budget page and Hindi guide Jaipur mein shaadi ka total kharcha explain the same maths line by line.
A quote that looks tidy on page one often grows by page three. These are the additions to look for and how to keep each one in check.
| Charge | Why it appears | How to control it |
|---|---|---|
| GST and service charge | Quotes are often pre-tax. At 18%, tax on ₹40 lakh of catering and rooms adds about ₹7 lakh | Ask for an all-inclusive quote and confirm each applicable slab |
| Rental vs food minimum | Lawn rental is separate on some listings; others fold it into a minimum spend | Ask which applies and whether rental is waived above a headcount |
| Outside décor fees | Outside decorators are allowed, but venues often charge access, power or clean-up fees | Get the fee schedule in writing before you hire a decorator |
| Power and generator | Large LED walls and sound draw heavy load | Ask what is included and what the generator charge is |
| Bar and alcohol | In-house alcohol only; outside alcohol is not permitted | Choose a fixed per-person bar package over open billing |
| Rain cover | No rain cover on outdoor spaces per Meragi; tents are extra | Budget ₹2–5 lakh for tent cover or book Imperial Hall as insurance |
| Guest transport | Resort is 40 to 50 minutes from the station and airport | Plan coaches and shuttles; fix a schedule rather than ad hoc cars |
| Overflow hotels | Guests exceed on-site rooms | Block a second hotel early and run a 30-minute shuttle loop |
| Music licence and permits | Public-performance licences, fireworks and drones need permissions procured outside | Ask who applies and who pays |
| Baraat logistics | Horse, dhol, band, route and parking permissions | Fix a package with one vendor and agree an assembly point |
| Last-minute changes | Menu upgrades and added guests carry a premium | Freeze the menu and headcount 7 to 10 days before |

Buena Vista's strength is its outdoor lawns, which means season matters more here than at a hotel with a big indoor ballroom. Using the seasonal multipliers in our Jaipur season guide, peak dates from mid-November to mid-February run roughly 30 to 50 percent above base pricing; October and early March sit near base; April to June soften by around 15 to 30 percent; monsoon months can discount deeper. Those figures come from palace and hotel contracts, so use them as direction, not a promise for any one resort. The full table is in our month-by-month wedding guide.
For peak months, start 9 to 12 months out at a resort of this scale. Today is late October 2026, so November 2026 to February 2027 dates are already tight; look at March and April 2027 for better availability and stronger negotiating power. Off-season weddings can be planned in 4 to 6 months. The strongest lever you have is a flexible date: shifting by a week or to a weekday can matter more than any discount on the plate.
Public sources agree on some rules and contradict each other on others. Treat the table as a list of questions, and sign only when the answers are in the contract.
| Item | What public listings say | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Catering | In-house only | Minimum headcount, tasting, counter limits, Jain options |
| Décor | Outside decorators allowed | Access fee, power, set-up window, clean-up |
| DJ and music | One listing says in-house DJ, another says outside DJ allowed | Which is correct for your booking, and the music cut-off time |
| Alcohol | In-house alcohol; outside alcohol not permitted | Bar package, corkage if any, licence hours |
| Small functions | WedMeGood lists mehendi, roka, haldi and after-parties for fewer than 50 guests | Whether larger pre-wedding functions are allowed and at what rate |
| Advance and cancellation | WeddingWire shows 25% advance; cancellation rule tied to 90 days before the event | The exact schedule, refundable portion and date-hold terms |
| Rain cover | None outdoors; tents extra | Which indoor hall is reserved for you as backup |
| Permissions | Others 'to be procured from outside' | Who applies for music licence, fireworks, drone and baraat route |
| Parking and valet | About 100 vehicles; valet listed | Space for baraat cars and vendor vehicles |
Matching each function to the right space is how a campus venue pays off. Here is a plan we would sketch for a 250-guest, three-day wedding.
| Function | Suggested space | Why it works |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome lunch | Pool Lawn or Le Gourmet | Relaxed, informal, close to arriving guests' villas |
| Mehendi | Pool Lawn | Poolside canopies, artist stations, daylight |
| Haldi | Pool Lawn (morning) | Messy rituals stay outdoors; easy clean-up |
| Cocktail and bonfire | Nolita Sky Lounge / bonfire area | Intimate evening mood away from the main lawn |
| Sangeet | Zen Lawn with Imperial Hall as backup | Stage and dance floor with 350 seated, 500 floating |
| Pheras | Serenade Lawn or amphitheatre | Big open mandap; the amphitheatre was used in a published real wedding |
| Reception | Imperial Hall or Serenade Lawn | Seated dinner indoors or a grand lawn evening |
| Family lounge | Concorde Hall | Quiet room for elders and bridal changes |
Open spaces here reward lighting more than florals. Canopies, chandeliers, candles and warm string lights did much of the work in the real wedding we referenced, and they photograph beautifully. For ritual flow across traditions, see our pages on Marwari weddings in Jaipur and Punjabi weddings in Jaipur, or browse the full list of wedding types we plan. Before-the-wedding portraits are easy too; our pre-wedding shoot guide covers locations and costs.
The table positions our Budget B estimate beside two-day ranges we publish for other Jaipur venues at 150 to 200 guests. Definitions vary, so use it as a guide to positioning, not a league table.
| Venue | Type | Typical 2-day range | What you gain or give up |
|---|---|---|---|
| Buena Vista (our estimate, 250 guests) | Garden resort | ₹86.7 L – 1.61 Cr | Private campus, lawns and villas; drive from city |
| Clarks Amer | 5-star hotel | ₹38 – 55 L | Big lawns and poolside; larger hotel feel |
| Chokhi Dhani Resort | Ethnic resort | ₹30 – 50 L | Rajasthani theme, lower cost, less polished |
| Ananta Spa & Resort | Luxury resort | ₹40 – 70 L | Hillside, Amer Fort views, similar format |
| Le Meridien Jaipur | Resort-style hotel | ₹65 L – 1 Cr | Large lawns, strong production, higher spend |
| Fairmont Jaipur | 5-star palace-style | ₹70 L – 1.5 Cr | Grand scale and reliability, higher spend |
| Anantara Jewel Bagh | New luxury palace | ₹75 L – 1.5 Cr | Modern palace luxury; fewer guests |
| ITC Rajputana | 5-star city hotel | ₹80 L – 1.2 Cr | City convenience, food quality |
In short, Buena Vista fits between a budget resort and a 5-star hotel: more private and more flexible than a city banquet, less expensive than a palace buyout. Browse our Jaipur wedding venue directory to compare more options, or the palace comparison if heritage drama matters.
Campus venues reward preparation. With three or four spaces in use, outside décor and entertainment teams, in-house catering and a fixed shuttle loop, the failure points are timing and hand-offs, not creativity. A planner reads the contract, tracks the room block, books vendors at negotiated rates, designs the guest flow and runs the day.
At Weddings and Events by Amitesh, led by Amitesh Fauzdar, planning fees start with the Essential plan at about ₹1.5 to 2.5 lakh and rise with scope; see our Jaipur wedding packages for what each tier includes. Venue, catering, décor and vendor costs are paid directly to those vendors, and we share an all-in estimate in the first consultation. Read how couples fared in our real wedding stories. Couples abroad can start with our guide on why NRI couples choose Jaipur.
On our planning model, a two-day wedding costs roughly ₹42.2 – 80.9 L for 100 guests, ₹86.7 L – 1.61 Cr for 250 guests and ₹1.55 Cr – 2.85 Cr for 500 guests, including an 18% GST illustration. Real cost depends on the menu, villa block, date and vendors. Treat these as estimates and ask for a written quote.
Listings show a vegetarian plate from ₹4,500 on WedMeGood and WeddingWire, and veg and non-veg menus for 300 guests from ₹3,000 on WeddingWire. Another planner's guide shows ₹3,000–3,500, with a 2026 table at ₹3,000–6,000. Taxes are usually extra, so ask for an all-inclusive rate.
WedMeGood lists five spaces: Concorde (120 seated), Imperial Hall (400), Pool Lawn (150), Zen Lawn (350) and Serenade Lawn (600 seated, 1,000 floating). Overall capacity is described as 120 to 1,000 guests. Meragi lists up to 500, so confirm the number for your set-up.
Sources disagree: 52, 77 and 112 all appear. Photo captions reference Luxury Villas, Royal Villas and a Heritage Villa. Ask how many rooms the resort can block for your dates.
WedMeGood lists a destination package of about ₹53.2 lakh per day for 112 rooms, including rooms, three meals and the venue at double occupancy. Our a la carte comparison in section 5 suggests it sits mid-range. Compare it against your own usage before deciding.
Public listings say catering is in-house only, while outside decorators are allowed. Confirm any access, power or clean-up fees in writing.
Listings are inconsistent on DJs: one says in-house, another says outside DJs are permitted. Outside alcohol is listed as not permitted. Confirm both in your contract.
It is on Kukas–Delhi Road near Kunda, Amer, Jaipur 302028. Distances from the railway station vary from about 15 to 40 km across listings, and about 50 km from the airport on Meragi. Plan shuttles and confirm drive times with the resort.
Meragi notes no rain cover is provided outdoors, though tents can be arranged. Book Imperial Hall or Concorde as a backup, and read our rain-plan story.
October to March is best for outdoor functions. Peak pricing applies from mid-November to mid-February. See our best month for a Jaipur wedding guide.
WeddingWire shows a 25% advance and a cancellation rule tied to 90 days before the event. Confirm the exact schedule and refundable portion in a signed contract.
Yes, particularly for NCR families driving in and for couples who want a private campus. Guests flying in should plan for airport transfers. Our destination wedding planners can help you compare options.
Buena Vista makes sense when you want a private garden resort with several outdoor and indoor spaces, villas on site, and a highway route from Delhi. The trade-offs are a drive from the city, in-house catering only, and weather planning for lawns. The biggest risk is not the venue; it is the information gap. Capacity, room counts, distances and even policies differ from site to site, so use the questions in section 9, visit once in the evening, and get every figure in a written quote.
