By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided
We offer complete event planning solutions including:
- Décor
- Catering
- Photography/Videography
- Entertainment
- Guest hospitality
- Invitations
- Gifting
- Transportation
- And more
3. Booking & Payments
- A 25% advance payment is mandatory to confirm your booking.
- Remaining payment must follow the milestones outlined in your invoice or contract.
- Accepted payment modes: Net banking, UPI, cheque, card, and cash.
4. Changes & Cancellations
- All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent in writing.
- Any applicable fees or refund eligibility will depend on the notice period and service stage.
5. Refund & Cancellation
- Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event: eligible for partial refund minus non-refundable expenses.
- Cancellations made within 90 days of the event: no refund due to service commitments.
6. Client Obligations
- Timely sharing of accurate event details and logistical coordination.
- Approval of designs, concepts, and vendor choices in a timely manner.
7. Creative Intellectual Property
All creative assets (designs, photos, branding) remain the intellectual property of Weddings & Events by Amitesh until full payment is received.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid under the agreement.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by uncontrollable circumstances like natural disasters or pandemics.
11. Complaints & Resolution
For any grievances, please reach out to our team within 24 hours of the event. We will aim to resolve concerns swiftly and fairly.
