Search for Heiwa Heaven Resort in Jaipur and you will find a strange mix. A resort that hosts weddings, school picnics, kitty parties and zip-lining. Four venue portals that give four different capacities. A handful of phone numbers, and no clear answer on what a wedding actually costs.

We planned this guide to fix that. We read the resort's own website, checked the Google listing, compared the venue portals line by line, and worked out the wedding cost the way a planner does before a site visit. You will find the contact numbers, the real room story, a capacity check that does not depend on anyone's brochure, and three full budgets for 200, 500 and 1,000 guests.

Everything marked "our estimate" comes from our own planning ranges. Everything else comes from a public source we name. The resort does not publish a wedding rate card, so please confirm the final numbers with the team before you pay.

If you want the wider Jaipur picture first, our Jaipur destination wedding budget guide shows what palaces, 5-star hotels and resorts cost side by side. Then come back here for the Heiwa Heaven numbers.

Heiwa, Hawai or Hewan? Getting the name right

Part of the confusion is the spelling. Heiwa is a Japanese word that means peace, and it is pronounced roughly "hay-wa". Most people hear it once and type what they heard. That is why searches also show "Hawai Heaven resort Jaipur", "Hewan Hewan resort Jaipur" and just "Heaven resort Jaipur". They all lead to the same place: Heiwa Heaven Resort, on Agra Road.

The correct spelling is H-E-I-W-A, and it matters for one practical reason. If you search with the wrong spelling, the first results are often venue portals and agents, not the resort. Use the spelling above and check the web address on the official Heiwa Heaven wedding page before you share your details with anyone.

Where Heiwa Heaven Resort is, and how far from everything

The resort's address is Jamdoli Chauraha to Jaisinghpura Khor Road, Agra Road, near Keshav Vidyapeeth, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302027. Its own website puts the coordinates at about 26.929 N and 75.886 E, on the eastern side of the city, where the Agra road runs towards the Aravalli hills.

Google Hotels lists it about 19 km from Jaipur International Airport and 12 km from Amer Fort. In normal traffic that is a comfortable drive for guests landing in Jaipur, and a short one for anyone who wants to see Amer. Check the traffic for your own wedding timings before you fix guest pickups. Our guide to a pre-wedding shoot in Jaipur has locations that sit close to this side of the city.

Heiwa Heaven resort Jaipur contact number

This is the question that brings most people here, so here is the answer from the resort's own website.

For Number Source
Wedding enquiries +91 9587625555, +91 9587653888, +91 9587643888 Resort website
Room booking and other enquiries +91 7691888999 Resort website
Email Info@heiwaheaven.com Resort website contact page
Phone shown on the Google hotel listing +91 74139 39391 Google Hotels listing

The website shows the contact desk as open from 9 AM to 5 PM every day. Venue portals show their own numbers for the same resort, and we saw several different ones. Those may connect you to the portal's sales team and not to the resort, so ring the numbers above first. Before the call, write down your date, guest count, number of functions and whether you need rooms. It saves ten minutes.

What the resort actually offers

Heiwa Heaven is not only a wedding venue. The resort's menu lists rooms, a restaurant, a spa, a game and adventure zone, a pool and day outings, alongside the wedding lawns and banquet hall. That mix is part of its charm, and it is something to plan around, as we explain further down.

Part of the resort Name on the resort website What it means for a wedding
Wedding lawn Fairyland, the marriage garden The main outdoor wedding space, with hill views. The resort says its pool area can run a bar with mocktails and drinks served by bartenders.
Banquet hall Riwaaz or Elysium (the site uses both names) The indoor space for receptions, sangeet and bad-weather plans.
Restaurant Nirwana Woods The in-house restaurant. It is promoted as pure vegetarian, so check the wedding menu rules before you plan non-veg.
Pool Bliss Puddle Good for a cocktail evening or a pool party.
Spa Wood Laze Spa Pre-wedding pampering for the bride and the family.
Adventure zone Woods Madness Games and activities for younger guests.
Stay Deluxe, Executive, Suites and Rain Forest Glam Camps Four room categories, covered in detail below.

A venue portal lists six event spaces: Riwaaz Banquet Hall, Fairy Land, Big Lawn, Heritage, Centre Lawn and Chitwa Garden. The resort's website highlights Fairyland and the banquet hall. When you visit, ask the team to show you all six, because the right space for your mehndi is rarely the right space for your reception.

Capacity: why four sources give four answers

Ask how many guests Heiwa Heaven can hold and the answer depends on which page you read. The resort's own pages give no capacity figure at all. Here is what we found elsewhere.

Source Lawn Banquet hall
Weddingz venue listing 2,500 seated, 3,750 floating 100 seated, 150 floating
BandBaajaBarat listing 1,000 seated, 1,500 floating 200 seated, 300 floating
VenueLook listing Up to 2,000 guests overall Not separated
Another blog 4,000–5,000 guests combined Not stated

Rather than pick a side, run a sanity check with area. One portal lists the marriage lawns at 38,000 sq ft and the banquet hall at 1,850 sq ft. A wedding lawn needs room for a stage, a mandap, food counters, walkways and a dance floor. We plan with roughly 12 to 20 sq ft per guest on a lawn like this. That puts 38,000 sq ft at about 1,900 to 3,200 guests, if the figure describes one connected space.

So the middle numbers look believable, and the 4,000–5,000 figure only works for a tightly packed standing crowd. For a seated dinner with counters, stay near 1,500 to 2,500 and ask the resort for a layout drawing with your counters marked. As for the hall, 100 to 200 seated is the safe range, which means it is a reception room or a rain plan for a small wedding, not for a big one.

Parking helps the same check. One portal lists about 300 cars. Using our usual assumptions, 75% of guests arriving by car, 3.5 people per car and 60% of cars on site at peak, 300 spaces serve about 2,300 guests. That is enough for most weddings here, though you should confirm the number and ask where overflow cars go.

Let's Create Your Dream Wedding

Rooms: how many guests can really stay

The resort has four room categories on its website: Deluxe Rooms with a balcony and a tea and coffee maker, Executive Rooms, Suites that suit couples, and the Rain Forest Glam Camps, which are luxury tents. The room count changes by source. One portal says 75, another says 68, a third says 70 and also 67. Treat it as roughly 70 and ask for the exact number you can block.

Room type What the resort says Best for
Deluxe Room Balcony, extended couch area, tea and coffee maker, daily newspaper, high-speed internet Parents and friends sharing in pairs
Executive Room A step up in comfort for an easy evening after a long day Close relatives
Suites Made for couples and quiet time in the Aravalli foothills The couple and the immediate family
Rain Forest Glam Camps Luxury tents with a campfire feel and adventure add-ons like quad biking and zip lines Younger guests and the wedding party

A venue portal shows rooms starting at ₹4,500 + taxes. That page is old, so use it as a floor, not a quote. With about 70 rooms and two guests per room, you can sleep roughly 140 guests on site, and a few more if kids share. The resort's website also mentions a guest house and villas for a small group. Past 150 guests, you will need overflow hotels and a shuttle.

How many rooms your guest list needs

Use this quick table. It assumes two guests per room and counts only the guests who stay overnight. About 70 rooms is our working figure for the resort.

Guests staying overnight Rooms needed Fit at the resort Overflow rooms to book
100 50 Fits comfortably 0
140 70 Uses every room 0
200 100 Resort full About 30
300 150 Resort full About 80
400 200 Resort full About 130

Every overflow room means a shuttle plan, so decide early who sleeps at the resort. We usually keep the parents, the couple, the close relatives and the wedding party on site, and put the remaining guests in nearby hotels.

Heiwa Heaven resort Jaipur wedding cost

Here is what is published. Nothing. There is no rate card for weddings on the resort's website, and the venue portals ask you to call. So we built the cost bottom-up.

The building blocks

Room rate. We plan with ₹4,500 to ₹8,000 per room-night at the resort, with the low end matching the portal's starting price, plus taxes. Hotels nearby run ₹3,500 to ₹6,000 in our planning ranges.

Food. The resort does not publish plate rates. Over a two-night wedding, a guest typically eats about four plated or buffet meals, plus breakfast and snacks. We plan ₹4,000 to ₹6,500 per guest before 18% GST. The table below shows how plate rates build up that number.

Menu tier Plate rate before tax What you usually get
Basic ₹900–1,100 Welcome drink, 2 to 3 starters, one chaat counter, 3 vegetable dishes, dal, rice, roti, 2 sweets
Standard ₹1,200–1,600 3 to 4 live counters, 5 vegetable dishes, two rice dishes, 3 desserts
Premium ₹1,700–2,300 Wider starter list, 6 or more counters, regional stations, ice cream and kulfi, mocktails

Venue and lawn charges. Not published. We use a placeholder per wedding, shown in the table, until you have a written quote. Décor, photography, entertainment and power come from our own contract ranges. The planner fee follows the plan tiers on our Jaipur wedding packages page.

Three full budgets, two nights

The numbers below are our planning estimates, not quotes from the resort. For the same method at other venues, see our destination wedding cost in Jaipur guide.

Cost line 200 guests 500 guests 1,000 guests
Venue and lawn charges (placeholder) ₹2–5 L ₹3–7 L ₹4–9 L
Resort rooms, 2 nights ₹5.4–9.6 L ₹6.3–11.2 L ₹6.3–11.2 L
Overflow hotels and shuttles ₹0.3–0.8 L ₹5.2–9.2 L ₹11.1–19.6 L
Food and drinks, with 18% GST ₹9.4–15.3 L ₹23.6–38.4 L ₹47.2–76.7 L
Décor and lighting ₹6–14 L ₹10–25 L ₹18–40 L
Photography and film ₹2.5–5 L ₹3–7 L ₹4–9 L
Entertainment ₹2–6 L ₹4–12 L ₹8–25 L
Power, permits and security ₹1–2.5 L ₹2–5 L ₹4–8 L
Planner fee ₹3–5 L ₹5–8 L ₹6–10 L
Buffer (8%) Included in total Included in total Included in total
Estimated total ₹34 L to ₹68 L ₹67 L to ₹1.33 Cr ₹1.17 Cr to ₹2.25 Cr
Per guest ₹17,100–34,100 ₹13,400–26,500 ₹11,700–22,500

How we built it. Two nights, three or four functions, mid-range menus, 60 rooms used at the resort for 200 guests and all 70 for the larger weddings, overflow hotels for the rest, the plan fee from our Premium to Luxury tiers, and 8% kept aside for changes. We left out outfits, jewellery, invitations, gifts and any honeymoon.

What it tells you. Cost per guest drops as the list grows, because the resort's rooms and the lawn charges spread across more people. But food, décor and entertainment grow with every guest, so the total climbs fast. Some blogs quote ₹25 to ₹40 lakh for 150 to 200 guests. That is only possible with a short plan, simple décor and a basic plate rate, and it falls at or below the low end of our 200-guest range. If you want a quote built for your guest count, our wedding budget page and the Hindi guide, Jaipur mein shaadi ka total kharcha, show examples by size.

Tax is a line you should not skip. Food carries 18% GST in our planning, and the room tax slab depends on the nightly rate, so check the current rules on the GST portal and ask the resort to quote with and without tax.

Where each ₹100 goes at 500 guests

Take the middle of the 500-guest column. Roughly ₹34 of every ₹100 goes to food and drinks, ₹17 to rooms and overflow hotels, ₹19 to décor and lighting, ₹9 to entertainment, ₹7 to the planner, ₹5 to photography, ₹5 to venue and lawn charges and ₹4 to power and security. Food and rooms together take more than half. That is the part of the bill you control by choosing your guest list.

What one more guest costs

This is the number most families never work out. A guest who stays at the resort adds roughly ₹9,700 to ₹16,700 to the bill: about ₹4,700 to ₹7,700 for food with GST, about ₹4,500 to ₹8,000 for their half of a room for two nights, and a small amount for shuttles. A local guest who only comes for the meals adds about ₹4,700 to ₹7,700. So cutting 50 names who would have stayed saves roughly ₹4.9 to ₹8.4 lakh. Those are our planning figures, and your caterer and the resort will refine them.

Let's Create Your Dream Wedding

Food, drinks and music: ask before you assume

The resort's restaurant, Nirwana Woods, is promoted as pure vegetarian. That does not mean your wedding must be vegetarian, but it is a clear reason to ask three things in writing. Can the wedding menu include non-veg? Is it cooked on site or by an outside caterer? And does the resort charge anything extra for either?

The resort's website does not state its policy on outside caterers, decorators or planners. One blog says outside planners and decorators are allowed, and a venue portal says the resort has its own DJ service and serves liquor. Both are worth confirming. If you bring your own team, ask whether there is an entry fee, a deposit, or a rule on the music cut-off time. If you want a caterer for a crowd of this size, our wedding catering services page explains how we run tastings and counter planning.

Music is a similar story. Outdoor sound is limited at night under India's noise rules, and venues near the hills often set their own earlier cut-off. Ask what the end time is on the lawn, and whether the banquet hall can carry a late party. For artists and sound, see our entertainment services page.

A three-day wedding plan that uses the whole resort

Here is how we would spread a stay-in wedding across the spaces. It follows the resort's own descriptions of its lawn, pool and banquet hall.

When Function Where
Day 1, afternoon Welcome lunch and mehndi A lawn with shade, with the spa open for the bride's family
Day 1, evening Sangeet and dinner The banquet hall if you want sound control, or the big lawn for scale
Day 2, morning Haldi Open lawn or pool area, with a simple décor setup
Day 2, late afternoon Wedding ceremony Fairyland, at golden hour with the hills behind
Day 2, night Reception and dinner The main lawn or the banquet hall, depending on the season
Day 3, morning Farewell brunch The restaurant or a poolside setup

Winter dusk in Jaipur arrives around 5:30 PM, so a December ceremony needs lighting from the very start. In June the sun sets after 7 PM, which pushes evening events into the late hours and the heat. If you are building your own timeline, our guide to the best month for a Jaipur wedding and the types of weddings we plan can help you match the plan to your rituals.

Season, weather and price

The resort says November to February is the best time for a wedding here, with cool winters and temperatures that can drop below 10°C at night. That matches our own contracts. The same wedding moves 20 to 40 percent in price depending on the month, which is a market pattern and not the resort's rate card.

Season Months Price effect What it means at Heiwa Heaven
Peak 15 Nov to 15 Feb 1.3x to 1.5x Cool nights, lawns at their best. Book early.
Shoulder October and 1 to 15 March 1.0x to 1.15x Good value. Pleasant evenings.
Off-peak April to June 0.7x to 0.85x Hot. Use the banquet hall and hold events after sunset.
Monsoon July to September 0.6x to 0.8x The hills are green, but you need a rain plan for the lawn.

Muhurat dates drive demand more than the month. Weddings restart after Dev Uthani Ekadashi in the second half of November, and the popular dates sell out first. With a hilltop lawn, a rain backup matters. Here is how we handled a wet evening: the rain-proof outdoor wedding story.

A resort that also runs day outings: what that means for you

Heiwa Heaven's website promotes day outings, kitty parties, school picnics, corporate events and adventure packages alongside weddings. That is good for the resort, and it is the one thing venue guides rarely mention. If you do not book exclusively, other guests may be on the property while your wedding runs.

Ask the team three questions. Will day outings and picnics be paused on my wedding dates? Is the pool and game zone reserved for my guests? And what happens if another event is on the same weekend? A written yes to all three is worth more than any discount.

How Heiwa Heaven compares with other Jaipur wedding resorts

Heiwa Heaven sits between a farm resort and a large-lawn banquet. Use this table for direction. The figures come from our own guides and contracts, and each quote has a different scope.

Venue Style Cost signal Pick it when
Heiwa Heaven Resort Hill-side resort, about 70 rooms, large lawns Our estimate: ₹34 L to ₹68 L for 200 guests over two nights You want rooms, lawns and a day-resort feel at a mid-range level
Samskara Resort Farm resort, 50 rooms, 7 acres ₹17.5 lakh + GST buyout, room only You want the whole property to yourselves
Jaipur Vilas Resort Big lawn and AC hall, no rooms Listed veg plate ₹900 You have 800+ guests and need no rooms
Chomu Palace Heritage palace ₹60 lakh to ₹1.2 crore for two days You want real heritage
Fairmont Jaipur 5-star hotel, 245 rooms ₹70 lakh to ₹1.5 crore for two days You have a large list and need many rooms

More options are on our list of wedding venues in Jaipur and in the palace wedding venues comparison. For a closer look at the big hotels, see the ITC Rajputana wedding cost and Samode Palace wedding cost guides. If your budget is open, how we plan weddings at Rambagh Palace shows the top end, and the full cost of a destination wedding in Jaipur guide puts every tier next to each other.

What can go wrong at a hill-side lawn wedding, and the fix

Every venue has its own weak spots. These are the ones to plan for at a resort in the Aravalli foothills, with a hall that seats only 100 to 200.

Risk Why it matters here What we would do
Rain on the lawn The banquet hall cannot hold a big crowd, so the lawn needs its own cover. Ask your decorator for a waterproof structure quote and keep the hall on hold for the main evening.
Cold nights The resort says winter nights can fall below 10°C, and glam camps are tents. Order heaters, blankets and tent lining. Tell guests to pack warm clothes.
Power load Large lights, sound and food counters need heavy power on a lawn. Confirm the generator, the load and who pays for fuel in writing.
Guests losing their way The last stretch is off Agra Road, and signal can vary near the hills. Share the pin on the invitation, put signs at Jamdoli Chauraha and brief your drivers.
Other guests on site The resort also runs day outings, kitty parties and school picnics. Get exclusive use on your dates in writing.
Menu surprises The resort's restaurant is promoted as pure vegetarian. Confirm the non-veg policy before you print the menu.
Late music Outdoor sound is limited at night under India's noise rules. Plan the loudest part of the evening early, and ask about the hall for a late party.
Parking One portal lists about 300 cars, which suits most weddings but not a mega list. Ask where overflow cars go, and hire parking marshals.

How to read the Google reviews before you book

Google Hotels shows a 4.3 rating from about 3,885 reviews. That is a large sample, and it is mostly about stays, meals and day visits, not weddings. So read it like a planner. Filter for words like "wedding", "event", "function" and "reception". Then look at the three-star and one-star reviews first, because that is where the staff, the food timing and the property upkeep show up.

Check four things in what you read. How did the team handle a large crowd? Was the food on time and hot? Did the rooms match the photos? And did anyone mention being moved, delayed or charged extra? If you find a pattern, ask the resort about it directly on your site visit.

Who should book it, and who should not

Heiwa Heaven works for families with 150 to 500 guests who want rooms on site, large lawns and a resort feel without a palace price. It suits couples who like green space, a pool and a relaxed, multi-day plan, and families who are happy to build the look with décor and lighting.

Look elsewhere if you need a heritage backdrop with no building required, if your family wants a strictly non-veg menu and the resort cannot confirm it, if you need everything within ten minutes of the old city, or if your list is above 2,500 and you cannot confirm capacity and parking in writing.

Let's Create Your Dream Wedding

Questions to ask the resort in writing

Send these in one message to the wedding enquiry numbers or the email address, and keep the replies together.

  1. Which lawns and halls are included, and what is the capacity of each for my layout, seated and floating?
  2. What is the exact number of rooms you can block, and at what rate for my dates, with and without tax?
  3. Is the property exclusive on my dates, or will day outings and other events run?
  4. Can the wedding menu include non-veg, and who cooks it?
  5. Are outside caterers, decorators, planners and DJs allowed, and are there fees or deposits?
  6. What is the music cut-off time on the lawn, and can the banquet hall run later?
  7. Can the liquor bar run on the lawn or the pool deck, and who arranges the permit?
  8. What is the generator and power backup arrangement, and who pays for fuel?
  9. How many cars can park, and where does overflow parking go?
  10. What is the rain plan, and can the banquet hall be held for any evening?
  11. What is the payment schedule, and what is refundable if the date changes?
  12. Can my décor team enter the day before, and at what cost?

Getting a better deal

Ask for a package, not a price list. A room block with a lawn at a fixed rate usually beats paying for each item. Be flexible on dates, since weekdays and shoulder months move the price more than any discount request. Decide food and bar early, because the sooner you say who cooks and who pours, the better the terms. And put every promise in the contract.

On payments, the pattern we see most is 30% at booking, 40% about three months before, and 30% a month before. Ask for the resort's schedule in writing, and tie each payment to a date.

When to do what

When What to do
9 to 12 months before Visit at sunset. Fix dates. Send the questions above. Get the room block and lawn charges in writing.
6 to 9 months before Book your planner, décor, photographer and entertainment. Finish the first guest list. Check the muhurat.
4 to 6 months before Hold the menu tasting. Draft the rooming list. Book overflow hotels and transport.
2 to 3 months before Approve décor plans. Confirm power, permits and security. Rehearse the sangeet.
1 month before Final headcount, rooming list, run-of-show and rain plan.
Wedding week Vendor arrivals, décor set-up, guest arrivals, welcome lunch.

Do you need a planner at Heiwa Heaven?

A resort team looks after its own property: rooms, kitchen and lawns. Someone still has to look after your budget, your vendors, your guests and three days of schedule. That is the job of a destination wedding planner in Jaipur, and it is the work we have done for more than 12 years. Some of it shows in our real wedding stories.

Our fee for a wedding of this size usually sits between ₹3 lakh and ₹10 lakh, depending on guest count and team size, and the packages page shows what each plan covers. For vendors, see our photography and videography page. If you are marrying from abroad, read how we handle NRI wedding planning. We also plan Marwari weddings and Punjabi weddings, and you can see our wider destination wedding in India work.
